1-Education Assistant position (EA): minimum of a matric required but preference given to those with tertiary qualifications, especially in Education
- Reading Champions
- E-Cadres
- Curriculum Assistants
- Care and Support Assistants (CSA)
2-General School Assistant (GSA)
- Sport & Enrichment Assistants (SEA)
- Handymen or women
WHO CAN APPLY
- All SA residents aged 18 – 34 years old
- You don’t need a matric certificate for a general assistant position
- Must live within 5km of an urban school or within 30km of a farm/rural school
- This phase is targeting a new group of youth that did not participate previously
Interviews will take place in November and December 2022
Contract start date:
Cohort 1:1 Feb 2023
Cohort 2:1 May 2023
