FINANCE OFFICER
ONE (1) YEAR FIXED-TERM CONTRACT
HEAD QUARTERS; WOODSTOCK

The main purpose of this position is to provide assistance and guidance for the day-to-day finance operation of purchasing and submitting payment for goods and services.
Job Requirements
Minimum Requirements:
Degree/Advanced Diploma in Accounting
Minimum of 4 years accounting work experience
Basic Accounting Knowledge (IFRS, VAT and Fixed Assets)
MS Office – Intermediate
Software proficiency – SAP, a minimum of 3 years’ experience
Good communications skills (written and oral)
Excellent interpersonal skills

Team player, as well as the ability to work independently
Responsibilities:
Monitor all purchase requisition in order to detect irregularities
Accurate and complete processing and submission of Purchase orders for all sites
Process requisitions and Petty cash for HQ and GRO site
Prepare status reports with regards to outstanding GRVs for Financial Manager review
Processing Credit Card transactions for specific sites
Assist the Assistant Accountant with the processing of Debit order accounts payables
Assist with Head Quarters and Sites financial travel logistics
Assist the Finance Manager with internal, statutory and project audits
Report any and all suspected fraudulent or irregular payments or invoices to the Finance Manager or Chief Financial Officer
