Duties and Responsibilities
The HR Assistant (Temp) role
The duties and responsibilities of the HR Assistant (Temp) will include but not limited to:
•Assist with scanning and filling HR Documents
•Assist with recruitment administration (such as booking interviews, printing interview packs, etc.)
•Data capturing
•General HR administrative assistance as may be needed
Qualifications and Experience
Required qualifications, skills, and experience
•A Matric Certificate or Equivalent
•Some experience in an entry level HR position would be highly advantage
•Ability to apply attention to detail
•Basic People Skills
•Good telephonic etiquette

•Deadline driven
•Able to demonstrate a sense of urgency in the performance of functions
