REQUIREMENTS
- Matric or an equivalent qualification.
- At least 1-2 Medical Aid administrative experience (would be an advantage).
- Business writing skills would be advantageous.
- Experience in client service environment would be advantageous.
- MS Office proficiency.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND WORK OUTPUTS
- To apply the membership rules of the scheme.
- Effective individual contribution towards SLA compliance by ensuring adherence to Schedule or occupancy, quality service and production.
- Appropriate follow up of outstanding documentation to ensure that dependants are successfully registered.
- Ensuring the Scheme and in particular Momentum Metropolitan Health are not unnecessarily exposed to financial risk as a result of incorrect confirmation of membership information.
- Client retention and goodwill by effectively resolving queries from members, employer groups, service providers and the Scheme.
- Contacting members telephonically with regards to any outstanding information.
- Have an in depth understanding of varied aspects pertaining to the Scheme and associated administration processess, including investigations.
