Tips to boost your well-being and happiness

1.Surround yourself with good people
Keep company with people who bring a positive energy in your life can be beneficial to your daily happiness

2.Practice gratitude
Get into the habit of reminding yourself of the things that you are grateful for in your life

3.Do what makes you happy first thing in the morning
Start your day on a positive note by engaging in an active that makes you happy. Read a book, go for a jog,pray,call home or listen to your favourate music.

4.Laugh
Don’t take life too seriously, sit with a bunch of friends and share a good laughter. This will improve your mood and your overall psychological wellbeing

5.Keep track of your thoughts
Without even jnowing it, you might be cought in a vicious cycle of negative thoughts, which seem to sprout naturally. Not only do these throughs sink our mood but we also start to see them as truths. Try to replace these thoughts with more positive ones.

6.Live in the present
Do not waste time thinking of all the negative things that others have done to you. Rather take responsibility for what you are creating today , right now

We all need to evaluate our thoughts and behaviours every now and again, so ask yourself questions like…. Was that thought helpful? Was that behaviour necessary? What do I need to improve about myself?

10.Accept your emotions
Allow yourself to feel your feelings, do not avoid feeling sad, hurt or angry
